Folding tonneau cover specially designed to fit your vehicle. Extremely resistant and durable. So you not only secure your cargo, but also protect the cargo area from the weather at the same time. The cover is designed so that even thieves don't stand a chance. When the cargo area cover is locked, there is no way for thieves to steal the cargo. Another advantage of a cargo cover is the reduction of air resistance. Turbulence is greatly reduced. This can also lead to a reduction in fuel consumption.
The panels are made of high quality black textured aluminum and filled in the middle with a special foam compound. The panels are connected with a robust aluminum linkage. The cargo area covers can be used with "underrail" cargo area trays without any problems: The "underrail" plastic tray closes at the lower edge of the tail lift. The "overrail" cargo area tray rests on the loading edge, holes must be cut in the plastic tray to install the cargo area cover.
Vehicles with additional lashing rail:
Installation is child's play and can be completed in just a few minutes, as the tonneau cover is delivered to your home pre-assembled. The mounting brackets are embedded directly in the cover. The cover can be assembled, dismantled and opened without the use of additional tools. The folded cover can be conveniently and easily secured to the vehicle using the securing straps also provided on the cover. The tonneau cover is usually fitted directly to the tail lift using a clamping bracket; no additional drilling or modifications are necessary. However, if your Ford Ranger has the additional lashing rail underneath the tail lift, regular installation is not possible. With our mounting brackets, specially developed for the original lashing rail, the attachment is now made to the lashing rail, which can then continue to be used.
Cargo Rails:
Would you like to remove the original roll bar and install our folding tonneau cover? After dismantling the styling bar, you will notice that the tail lift is ‘perforated’ and does not have the same height as the plastic cover of the tailgate. Our load compartment cover cannot be fitted in this way. With our vehicle-specific cargo rails, we have the perfect solution for you. Our precisely fitting cover, made from high-quality aluminium, precisely compensates for the height. It is fitted to existing fixing points, so no additional holes need to be drilled.
