The Ford Ranger PHEV presents new requirements for load bed accessories due to its plug-in hybrid drivetrain. This is exactly where our new HSP load bed drawers come in: specifically developed for the Ranger PHEV from model year 2025 onwards, they provide protected and organised storage for tools and equipment while maintaining the usability of the load bed.
Two different versions are available: a durable plastic drawer for versatile everyday and recreational use, and our Heavy Duty aluminium load bed drawer for particularly demanding applications. Both systems are supplied specifically for the Ranger PHEV and can be installed without drilling into the vehicle.
Two Drawer Systems for Different Requirements
Not everyone uses their Ford Ranger in the same way. That is why we offer our load bed drawer for the Ranger PHEV 2025+ in two different versions. Both provide protected and easily accessible storage underneath the usable load bed area, but differ in terms of material, construction and intended use.
The plastic version is a durable and versatile solution for everyday use, leisure and travelling. For those who regularly use their Ranger professionally, carry heavy equipment or require maximum durability, our Heavy Duty aluminium version is the ideal alternative.
HSP Plastic Load Bed Drawer – 42000
Durable, practical and versatile. The plastic version is designed for anyone looking to keep equipment organised and protected in their Ford Ranger PHEV while maintaining a practical and versatile load bed setup.
The drawer is ideal for tools, recovery equipment, camping gear or other accessories that need to be stored securely and remain quickly accessible. The load bed area above the drawer remains available for larger items and everyday transport tasks.
The vehicle-specific mounting system has been designed for the Ford Ranger PHEV 2025+ and allows installation without drilling into the vehicle.
HSP Heavy Duty Aluminium Load Bed Drawer – 42005
Built for heavy loads and professional use. The Heavy Duty aluminium version is designed for users who demand maximum durability from their Ford Ranger PHEV – whether for professional work, travelling or off-road use.
The robust construction supports loads of up to 400 kg. The 2/3 extension provides convenient access to tools, equipment and accessories without requiring the drawer to extend completely beyond the load bed. Six integrated tie-down points provide additional options for securing cargo on top of the drawer system.
Despite its Heavy Duty construction, this version is also specifically designed for the Ford Ranger PHEV 2025+ and can be installed without drilling into the vehicle.
Installation Without Drilling into the Ford Ranger PHEV
One of the key requirements during the development of our load bed drawers was a clean, vehicle-specific installation. Both the 42000 plastic drawer and the 42005 Heavy Duty aluminium drawer can be installed in the Ford Ranger PHEV 2025+ without drilling into the vehicle.
The mounting system is specifically designed for the Ranger PHEV. This means that no permanent modifications to the vehicle are required and the drawer system can be removed again if necessary – a major advantage over universal solutions that often require additional holes to be drilled into the load bed.
A Practical Solution – Without Modifying the Load Bed
HSP load bed drawers are particularly useful for tradespeople, commercial users and anyone who wants to transport tools or equipment in an organised and easily accessible way. They are also ideal for leased vehicles where permanent modifications should be avoided.
A well-engineered mounting solution is particularly important on the Ford Ranger PHEV: the high-voltage battery is located underneath the load bed, which means simply drilling through the load bed is not an option. Our vehicle-specific solution therefore uses the existing mounting points of the original tie-downs. No drilling into the vehicle itself is required.
The result is a robust and removable solution designed for everyday use.
